Bibas leaves P&G Canada

Danielle Bibas, general manager of Procter & Gamble Health & Beauty Care Canada, has left the company to become president of Avon in Sao Paulo.
A native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Bibas has worked in marketing at P&G for the last 15 years in Latin America, Western Europe and North America. She joined the Canadian organization in September 2007 as Health & Beauty GM. She spearheaded the development of the first ever P&G Beauty Awards last fall, when she also served as a judge in strategy's Agency of the Year awards.
Bibas headed up the Canadian health & beauty business, marketing and sales strategies for P&G brands from Always to Vicks. She worked externally with industry stakeholders, developed strategy direction for the business, managed top customer relationships and championed scaled, cross-category and -brand programs.
