Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Krispy Kreme has appointed Moez Premji as market partner for its upcoming expansion into British Columbia. Premji will work with KremeWorks Canada, Krispy Kreme's licensed area developer.
Toronto-based Samsung Electronics Canada has appointed Greg Milkovich as executive director of sales & marketing - Information Technology (IT) Division. Milkovich previously served as VP, partner relations at Integrated mar.com.

David Leonard has been promoted to president & CEO of Arnold Worldwide Canada from president, advertising. Previous to joining Arnold Worldwide Canada, Leonard held the position of SVP at Palmer Jarvis DDB in Vancouver.
Calgary-based Venture Communications has appointed Dave Bigioni, most recently a senior brand manager at Unilever, to the position of senior planner.
Toronto agency Taxi has hired CDs Pete Breton and Dave Douglas. Both come from Toronto's Downtown Partners.
Danielle Wilson has been promoted from VP, director of client services, to the position of GM for MacLaren McCann's Vancouver office. In a newly created position, Keith Gregson becomes SVP, client services director, and will lead the business for General Motors Western Canada. As well, Dan Thompson has been promoted from VP of strategic planning to president, MacLaren Momentum, MacLaren McCann's sponsorship marketing consulting business.
Toronto-based youth marketing and communications consultancy Youthography has added Jeff Roach, Kevin Goodman and Raila Gutman to its roster. Roach will head the company's youth marketing and promotions business. He was previously VP client services for MASEV and COO and co-CD of JWA Group. Goodman joins as director, account services. He was formerly director of corporate partnerships at MASEV. Gutman moves from client services account co-ordinator at MASEV to account co-ordinator at Youthography.
Craig Belcher and Wendy Glanznig have both joined Toronto-based sales and marketing firm CIM as client service directors. Belcher was previously VP, business development and client services at News Marketing Canada. Glanznig was previously VP, Mosaic Sales Solutions.

At Toronto-based CTV, Derwyn Smith moves from VP of CFTO to VP of CTV Newsnet; Paul Rogers moves from VP and executive producer of Canada AM to VP, CFTO News; Lis Travers, most recently news director at CFCF in Montreal, becomes VP and executive producer of Canada AM; and Mark Sikstrom is now executive producer, CTV News Syndication.
Peter Bartrem has been named director of sales for the Toronto office of Montreal-based Zoom Media. Bartrem has worked at a number of media-related companies, most recently as VP, new business development at the Radio Marketing Bureau.
